Solvrix AI is an AI implementation firm. We design, build, and maintain intelligent operational systems for professional services businesses. We are headquartered in India and primarily serve clients in the United States.

We collect two categories of data:
Contact & Enquiry Data — when you submit a Blueprint Call request, we collect your name, company name, email address, and the information you provide in the form. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and conduct the initial consultation.
Engagement Data — during a paid engagement, you may share operational documents, workflow details, internal SOPs, and business process information. This is used exclusively to design and build your intelligence system. It is never accessed for any other purpose.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose outside your direct engagement with Solvrix AI.
This is the most important section of this policy.
Your operational data never resides on Solvrix servers. Every system we build is deployed directly into your private cloud environment. Your workflows, your client data, your internal documents — they live where you choose, under your control, permanently.
We use API-based LLM endpoints for all AI reasoning tasks. These endpoints contractually guarantee that your data is never used to train public models or shared with third parties.
When the engagement ends, you own the architecture completely. There is no ongoing access by Solvrix unless you have an active Handholding agreement.
To deliver our service, we use the following tools. Each is used only within the scope of your engagement:
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this website.
Contact form data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. If an engagement does not proceed, your data is deleted at the end of that period.
Engagement data is retained only for the duration of the active engagement and the Handholding period. Upon termination of the engagement, all Solvrix-held copies of your operational data are deleted within 30 days.
You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 08.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.
If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be displayed.

Every client engagement at Solvrix AI is governed by a formal written agreement signed by both parties before any work begins. This agreement explicitly defines the scope of data access, the boundaries of use, and the security obligations of both sides.
Data Security Measures — We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes encrypted communication channels, access controls limited to team members directly involved in your engagement, and secure handling of all documentation shared during the process.
Contractual Protections — Our engagement agreements include specific data protection clauses, non-disclosure obligations, and clearly defined data deletion timelines. You receive a copy of the signed agreement before any operational data is shared with us.
We take data security seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a core part of the trust we are asking you to place in us.
Solvrix AI operates under the laws of India. For clients based in the United States, we comply with applicable US federal and state data protection requirements relevant to our service category.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you may contact us directly at solutions@solvrixai.com. We take all complaints seriously and will respond within 10 business days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without direct notice to active clients.
